"The Samurai Mission" by Regina Goldelman is a compelling piece that employs a riot of colors slashed with disciplined lines, creating a narrative of controlled chaos reminiscent of a warrior's journey.

"The Samurai Mission" is a striking 100 cm by 100 cm painting that combines the raw energy of an abstract expressionist technique with the precision of geometric forms. The vivid reds, yellows, and greens create an almost tangible energy field, sliced through by stark, straight lines that suggest the focused path of a samurai's sword. This artwork is full of motion and intensity, symbolizing the discipline and purpose of a mission. It would be an invigorating addition to any contemporary space that values boldness and action, such as a modern office, an avant-garde gallery, or an eclectic living room.

Biography

Regina aims to create meaningful art that prompts reflection, using her deepest emotions to express herself on canvas, sharing a part of her inner self. The most distinctive aspect of her work is the use of color and bold combinations, making each piece unique.

Regina Goldelman is an abstract artist currently living in Herzliya, Israel. In 2015, when staying in London, she became fascinated with the works of a great German painter, Gerhardt Richter, and soon she discovered that she had her own talent for painting and started to create her unpredictable and colorful works of art, full of passion and drama. Having received very positive responses to her work, from both art collectors and auction experts, she decided to open her own working space and gallery in the Old City of Jaffa, which has been kept open until 2021. In 2022, she opened a new art studio in Herzliya Pituah, and is currently painting full time, creating extraordinary works of art, and developing new techniques.

Regina believes she is producing something meaningful that may provoke different people so that they stop for a moment and take some time to reflect on themselves. While painting she uses her deepest emotions to express herself on the canvas to create something new and special, therefore she feels she is sharing a small part of her inner self with other people. The most important feature of her work is undoubtedly The Colour. It is the colour and the rebellious combinations that make each one of her artworks unique. She expresses her thoughts and feelings through using a large variety of colours with immediate swift and unpredictable movements. She believes that it is the colour that breaks the borders of our perceptions of the object, and thus the traditional concept of art object no longer exists.
