Biography
Ish Gordon is a multidisciplinary Israeli artist engaged in painting, digital painting, photography, design, and curation. He was born in Israel in 1951.
Gordon began painting during his military service, where he even won first prize in a young artists' competition. After his military service, he studied art and graphic design in Haifa, followed by curation studies at the Kibbutzim College.
Ish Gordon's paintings are divided into three main categories: abstract and landscapes, portraits, and erotic figurative painting. Some of his works incorporate digital techniques into traditional material-based painting.
Ish Gordon has exhibited his works in numerous exhibitions both in Israel and abroad and has received several prestigious awards.
