Embracing work life balance
, 2024Embracing Work Life Balance by Adaeze Adinnu, an oil on canvas work from 2023, portrays a serene and intimate scene of everyday modern life. Measuring 120 cm by 100 cm, this painting reflects on the delicate balance between work and personal space, as shown by the central figure at a desk, immersed in work with casual comforts nearby.
The muted and neutral tones evoke a calm and reflective mood, mirroring the quiet moments of contemplation many experience while navigating work-from-home life. Adaeze’s detailed figurative style highlights the technological elements of our modern environment, while also incorporating subtle references to the personal, like the fast-food packaging, illustrating the realities of multitasking. This work is ideal for spaces such as bedrooms, offices, and studies, offering a peaceful atmosphere for personal or professional environments.

Biography
My name is Adaeze Adinnu, Founder/Ceo Fabloz Artistry, a platform where I promote my works and sell them and intend to expand it in due time to promote young artists.
Graduated from the university of Northampton where I majored in Business Management, United Kingdom and reside in the UK. Much of my focus is on portraits and figurative arts made with both oil colours, acrylics, mirror, or mixed media. An art activist and my works highlight personal and societal challenges, highly textured and rich in symbolism, vibrant colour palettes, contemporary and energetic. In my many years of practicing arts as a passion which finally became my vocation, I have made several research on old master’s classical works and try to infuse the techniques into my contemporary style of paintings. I obtained a training with Mitochondria Gallery where I received instructions on the elements of the human anatomy in drawing and paintings. Participated in several art exhibitions listed below and a member of the Female Artists Association of Nigeria which specializes in all kinds of artistic creations. Had several exhibitions with the female artists association of Nigeria, in the gundua art exhibition where my paintings were selected as one of the best paintings represented. I fell in love with the process, and this has helped me tremendously in my everyday life. However, was able to create an escape from the reality we face every day.
